Tian Tian Get Insemination 

A big panda named Tian Tian has successfully given artificial insemination. This is done precisely at Edinburgh Zoo on Thursday morning. Insemination process is carried out by three veterinarians and experts from RZSS assisted by veterinarians from China named Wang Chengdong from the Giant Panda Research Center (CCRCGP).  

This process is done in order to Tian Tian can mate with a big male panda named Yang Guang before the breeding season ends. This zoo has actually been getting loan of panda from China in 2011 but the efforts to mate pair of pandas have always failed. Tian Tian and Yang Guang is actually two giant pandas that have lived at Edinburgh zoo for 17 years. 

The previous there are two other pandas named Ming Ming and Bao Bao has left from this zoo since 1994 because of fail mated. Director of the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, Iain Valentine is very optimistic that the insemination will be successful and the two pandas Tian Tian and Yang Guang can mate and gives descent before the breeding season ends because they will still be attracted to each other. It is to be the contrary with Libby Anderson a director of animal protection charity policy OneKind who criticized this move. 

He strongly disagreed with this because artificial insemination has done including the misguided as Tian Tian did not like Mother of man who has the option to perform artificial insemination. Supposedly Tian Tian has the option to do this, and according to Libby he was very disappointed with this action because the previous insemination has failed to do the other pandas. Onekind has submitted it to the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland to restore panda  habitat to the original and let them live in peace without torment. 

A spokesman for Edinburgh Zoo says that every panda that was born to be released back into the wild, and they also argue that they only have one giant panda artificial insemination should be done in order to have offspring. For the giant pandas Tian Tian cage will be closed at Edinburgh zoo until Sunday.

The camp of Aburizal Bakrie has paved the way for his rival, Agung Laksono, to take full of control the Golkar Party, while President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo will soon sign a presidential regulation to legalize Agung’s leadership over the country’s second-largest faction at the House of Representatives.

Golkar lawyer Yusril Ihza Mahendra acknowledged that Aburizal had instructed him to drop the lawsuit against Agung at the West Jakarta District Court, despite Aburizal’s repeated statements that he would never give up the party post to Agung. The lawsuit was registered on March 5.

“It’s true, it [the lawsuit] was withdrawn yesterday,” the former law and human rights minister told Tempo on Tuesday. He did not elaborate on the reason behind Aburizal’s surprising decision.

Lawrence Siburian from Agung’s camp welcomed the decision. “It means that [Aburizal’s] camp wants reconciliation.”

Aburizal expressed his intention on March 11 to file a complaint against Law and Human Rights Minister Yasonna H. Laoly for a decision to recognize Agung’s leadership at the Jakarta Administrative Court (PTUN).

On the same day, the business tycoon also reported Yasonna to the National Police’s Criminal Investigations Directorate (Bareskrim) for alleged abuse of power by favoring Agung. The faction has also filed a police report against Agung and several other opposition party members for alleged document forgery.

After the report was filed, Bareskrim chief Comr. Gen. Budi Waseso said that he had formed a special team to investigate the Golkar case.

National Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Rikwanto said it would be better for Aburizal’s faction to take the case to the PTUN.

“Of course we will still study the reports, but in our experience such reports are more suited to the PTUN,” Rikwanto said.

Yasonna revealed on Monday that the President would soon issue a presidential decree (Perpres) to legalize Agung’s leadership of Golkar.

“In the near future, the Perpres will be issued,” the minister said at the State Palace on Tuesday.

Agung has promised to join Jokowi’s Great Indonesia coalition and leave the Red-and-White Coalition.

Meanwhile, in securing full control over the Golkar Party, Agung has rearranged the party’s management, rooting out supporters of his rival but keeping some who are willing to switch sides.

Representing Agung, Lawrence registered the party’s new management, which is comprised of 377 individuals, the largest board in the party’s history, at the Law and Human Rights Ministry’s General Law Administration (AHU) office on Tuesday.

Although the majority of the board involves those considered Agung loyalists, around 35 individuals are former supporters of the losing Aburizal camp who have jumped ship to the winning faction to pave the way to leadership positions within the party, according to Lawrence.

Some of Aburizal’s former supporters who have joined Agung include, among others, lawmaker Mahyudin, who is currently a deputy speaker at the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR); lawmaker Fayakun, who was a deputy secretary-general of the Aburizal camp; lawmaker Airlangga Hartarto; and Rully Chairul Azwar, a former head of the Aburizal camp’s health and environment division.

Agung has maintained Mahyudin in his current position at the MPR, while Fayakun has been installed as the secretary of the Golkar faction at the House replacing lawmaker Bambang Soesatyo, a staunch critic of Agung and his loyalists.

Besides Bambang, the Agung camp has also closed the door to other die-hard critics of the winning faction, including lawmakers Ade Komaruddin, Aziz Syamsuddin, who chairs House Commission III, and Rambe Kamarulzaman, who chairs House Commission II.

Aburizal Bakrie camp has retracted his complaint to the Agung Laksono that has registrated on March 5, 2015. This is justified by the legal counsel of the Golkar Party Yusril Ihza mahendra of the removal of the lawsuit but Aburizal gives no reasons why he revoked the lawsuit. Meanwhile he has also agreed to pave the way for his rival Agung Laksono transform and take control of the Golkar party leadership. Agung Laksono camp namely Lawrence Sibuan welcomed the decision and he thought that the Aburizal want reconciliation. At the same time the actual President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo will sign a presidential decree to legalize the Great leadership over the second largest faction in the country in Parliament soon. It does not make Aburizal camp and him gave up and desperate about it. He actually had the intention to put forth a complaint to the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Yasonna H. Laoly to the decision of acknowledge the leadership of the Agung  Tata Usaha Jakarta (PTUN) on 11 March and it is likewise done by his business associates on suspicion of abuse of power by supporting Agung as  Yasonna said at Istana Negara that the President will publish a presidential decree (Perpres) to legalize the Agung leadership of Golkar.

Doctor who cares for them, Beby Andihara said that they had experienced a fever, cough and acute respiratory infections. They are susceptible to disease due to lack of food and nutrients that make their bodies weakened and viruses easily invade their bodies. This can happen due to a lack of clean water and forests where they live has become oil palm plantations moreover that were once clean water is now polluted by industrial waste that jungle tribes have to travel far enough to get clean water. Not only that but Also this happens due to the lack of attention from the government about the health of the population, especially the tribal population. There are many tribal people who died of acute hunger and many diseases affecting to them. After the suffering of the Orang Rimba tribe make the government move to investigate this case and provide assurance to the Orang Rimba tribe of health, decent living and their food. Not only that, but the government also hopes that this incident did not happen to them again.

Toy Story 4 'will be a love story' says Pixar studio president Jim Morris

Toy Story 4 will be a romcom, with less of a focus on the relationship between the characters and children.

Pixar studio president Jim Morris made the revelation in an interview to Spanish fan site Disney Latino, in which he talked about the future direction of the animated franchise.

"It will be a love story," he said. "It will be a romantic comedy.

"It will not put much focus on the interaction between the characters and children."

John Lasseter, who directed Toy Story and Toy Story 2, is returning to direct the new film, which is due for release on 16 June, 2017. 

The new story was created by the original Toy Story writing team of Lasseter, Andrew Stanton, Pete Docter and Lee Unkrich.
Morris said that, although Toy Story 4 would pick up from the events at the end of the last film, it wouldn't be a continuation.
"The third film ended in a beautiful way and completed a trilogy," he told Disney Latino blog.
"This movie isn't part of the trilogy. It's a separate story and I don't know if will be continued."
The news of a fourth Toy Story film didn't go down well with fans when it was announced in November.

Many told Newsbeat that it should have ended with the third film.
But Morris denied they were reviving the franchise just to make money.
"The decision to make a second or third [film] entirely depends on how passionate the director of the project is.
"Fortunately, our films are successful and we don't have to keep having to make sequels to make money."
2010's Toy Story 3 was the highest-grossing animated film of all time, before Frozen knocked it off the top spot last year.
The third instalment of the series also won two Oscars - for best animated feature and best original song.
Some of its iconic characters were already well-known toys, such as the Etch-A-Sketch and Mr Potato Head, while others like Woody and Buzz Lightyear became toys after being invented for the film.
